Microsoft Outlook © is software that resides on your local computer. Don't confuse Outlook Express, which only provides email services, with Outlook. Outlook not only provides robust email services, but is also a Personal Information Manager (PIM): it helps you manage your Contacts (Address Book), your Action Items (To Do List and Flagged items), and your Calendar (Schedule). Outlook is highly flexible and customizable to suit your work habits. When Outlook is teamed with Exchange Server, it becomes a powerful group collaboration tool that enables you to schedule meetings with others and share information within your workgroups.
