Scheduling Recurring Appointment, Meetings, or Events
- Create an Appointment, Meeting,
or Event
- Click the Recurrence button to display the following screen:

- Use the Start, End, and Duration drop-down boxes to
set the Appointment time. The 3 boxes are inter-related. If you change
the Duration, the End time will be adjusted
automatically (and vice-versa).
- Set the Recurrence Pattern to Daily, Weekly, Monthly,
or Yearly. The options to its immediate right will change depending
on your selection.
- Set the Start and End of Recurrence in the Range
area. You may end after some number of occurrences or by a certain date.
- Click OK, and your Calendar will be populated according to your
selections.
Note:
After you create a recurring item, any time that you try to open up any item in
the series, Outlook will ask you if you want to open the whole series or just
that item.
