Adding Personal Folders to your Profile

  1. On the Tools menu, click Services.
  2. Click Add.
  3. In the Available Information services box, click Personal Folders, and then click OK.
  4. A ".pst" file will be created for you on your local computer. You must give it a name (you may use your name or your account name), and click Save.
  1. If you are concerned about security, you may encrypt and password protect your personal folders using the dialog box at the right. -->
  2. Click OK.
