Adding Personal Folders to your Profile
- On the Tools menu, click Services.
- Click Add.
- In the Available Information services box, click Personal Folders,
and then click OK.
- A ".pst" file will be created for you on your local
computer. You must give it a name (you may use your name or your account
name), and click Save.
- If you are concerned about security, you may encrypt and password
protect your personal folders using the dialog box at the right.
