The Global Address ListThe Global Address list contains the email addresses and distribution lists of everyone on your network. The Personal Address BookThis list is maintained by you. It permits you to create and store your own email address and distribution lists. The Outlook Contacts FolderThis list is also maintained by you. It is also capable of storing distribution lists and much more information than the Personal Address Book. On the whole, it is a lot more flexible and powerful than the Personal Address Book. Distribution ListsDistribution Lists are groups of individual email addresses that you may create in any of your personal address books to save time when you frequently address email messages to the same group of people. |
