Use the Out of Office Assistant to automate the handling of your email while
you are away. Messages may be automatically replied to or directed to another
user.
- Click on Tools.
- Click on Out of Office Assistant...
- Click on "I am currently Out of the Office"

Type in your AutoReply message.

Click on OK, unless you want to define a rule or rules for
handling your messages in your absence. If you want define rules, click on
Add Rule... and you will see the following screen:

As you can see, many options exist for customize the handling of your
messages based on a wide variety of conditions.
