Rules –A feature in Outlook that automatically handles incoming mail based upon predetermined settings. A directive for how messages are to be handled by Outlook or Exchange Server.
Voting—an Outlook for sending a message in which recipients are asked to reply indicating their choice among two or more answers to a question.
