Outlook Toolbars

Outlook has 2 Toolbars: Standard and Advanced. They appear just below the File Menu Bar. The Tools that appear on these Toolbars will change depending on what folder you are in.

The Standard Toolbar is turned on by default. Turning on the Advanced Toolbar gives you access to more features.

Turning the Toolbars off and on

  1. Right-Click on any part of the File Menu or existing toolbars that does not have an icon on it (see areas outlined in red above)
  2. Select Standard or Advanced from the Drop-Down Menu.
